Are You Looking For a Proactive Approach to Your Health?
Let's work together to develop a
personalized strategy that puts you back in
charge of your health and vitality.
How can we help you feel better?
Our goal is always centered around restoring vitality by removing obstacles to health and establishing the foundation for optimal healing. We also work together to stimulate your body's self-healing mechanisms, supporting and restoring weakened systems, correcting structural stability, and recommending natural substances that restore and regenerate the body.
We do not "treat" medical diagnoses or replace medical interventions that our clients present with; instead we help support our clients by incorporating one or more integrative practices into their healthcare regimen which will help them regain control of their well-being.
Scientific evidence is clear - poor lifestyle choices are the root cause of modern chronic diseases. Adults with common chronic conditions who adhere to healthy self-care practices experience rapid, significant, clinically meaningful and sustainable improvements in their health.
Our Naturopathic Doctor will not replace your primary care provider or specialist. Our goal is to work together with all members of your healthcare team. Our recommendations will include the most appropriate functional lab testing, nutritional and lifestyle upgrades, mindset transformations, and necessary nutraceutical support.

Your Initial Consultations: What to Expect
Rather than spending 3-5 hours completing your initial consultation, we have split this appointment into three 90-minute visits. Our goal during these appointments is to analyze and observe so that we can be better enabled to teach an support you to restore natural bodily function.
Step #1 - Schedule and have your initial Wellness Consultation with our Naturopathic Doctor, who will go over your intake questionnaires, nutritional assessment, health history and goals to build your in-depth health profile. They will also perform biofeedback to understand where your imbalances are and what stressors are causing them. By the end of your consultation they will address all of your foundational lifestyle challenges, provide an overview including the order in which issues are addressed, prioritize lifestyle changes, and suggest a baseline supplement recommendation.
Step #2 - Naturopathic Assessment. A key component of our work together is a comprehensive physical observational assessment and analysis of your live blood and urine. These assessments are the single most efficient and effective tools to move forward with your case and identify underlying foundational mechanisms of dysfunction and thus tailor your plan accordingly in the most efficient and effective manner.
Step #3 - Once your Naturopathic Assessment has been completed (some results can take up to two weeks) we will schedule your Review of Findings consultation. During this consultation you will receive your personalized action plan which includes our recommendations, informational handouts, foods for wellness, lifestyle and other recommendations that include nutritional supplements.
- We will also work together to determine what Holistic Assurance Plan works best for you.
