Reflexology is a time-tested and proven American Naturopathic technique.  The goal of reflexology is to discriminate the condition of the body's reflexes to assess where the body is holding stress.  A reflex is a specific point on the body that reflects another organ, gland, structure, nutrient or function.  Then by applying pressure, friction, & percussion to the reflex points it fosters deep relaxation, improved vitality and balanced well-being.

Reflexology has been found supportive for those concerned with
Brain, Mood, Stress, & Sleep conditions.
Symptoms of of these can include:
  • ADHD/ADD

  • Depression

  • Dysthymic disorder

  • Poor appetite

  • Trouble sleeping

  • Daytime sleepiness

  • Eating too much

  • Low energy

  • Low self-esteem

  • Trouble concentrating

  • Trouble making decisions

  • Bipolar disorder

Foot reflexology is the most common method of reflexology.
However, there are other forms of reflexology that can be used to
accommodate our clients at any comfort level.  These can include Spinal Reflexology, Auricular (Ear) Reflexology, and Somatic (Whole Body) Reflexology.
