Existing clients may request refills of supplement recommendations by completing the form below.  In order to ensure accuracy please fill out the form completely.  All clients must have a card on file to place an order.  Please allow 7-10 days for processing.  We will notify you once your order has been completed.  Our shipping rates are a flat fee of $12.50 on orders under $250 dollars and free shipping on order of $250 or more.  We are NOT as supplement retailer and only fulfill orders for established and active clients who have completed a Wellness Consultation or Naturopathic Assessment.
