CANCELLATION POLICY

• Please let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment.  

• If cancellation is necessary, please give 24-hour notice or you will be charged in full for the appointment.

• Emergency cancellations are determined at our discretion.  

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be billed a same-day cancellation fee.  

• Cancellations are ONLY accepted by phone or online.
